Jesus walks on water and comes toward the disciples. When Peter starts to walk he’s doing well, but he takes his focus off Jesus. He starts to sink and he yells out, “Save me.” Jesus is right there to grab him and return him to the boat. Whether we’re walking on water or sinking, Jesus is there. He invites us to focus on him, so that we might keep our eyes on the prize: In Jesus, you are loved and you are enough.
